Will someone call for Obama's impeachment?

I know we had an Obama Impeachment thread, but I can't find it, so here's another one...yadda yadda.

It seems things have been entirely hostile lately. Now with this health bill passing, I think a formal request is no too far off, though it may come after the November elections. Thoughts?

Why impeach him. I haven't been following the amazingly accurate media for the last year or two.

Re: Will someone call for Obama's impeachment?

Not that he's done anything worthy of impeachment, but I'm sure someone will call for it anyway.

Consider:

Who's the Dennis Kunicich of the right?

I've never seen James and the Giant Peach, but I'd imagine he was put there for a reason.

I see protesters calling for it all the time, but never anybody of power. Not even somebody of Kunicich's level of power.

You must not live in Utah. I saw my first "Impeach Obama" bumper sticker before he was even sworn in.

Impeach him? He's going to be re-elected.

I was never much of a Bush supporter...but Obama is on his way to being worse that Bush ever was. In my opinion of course.

Obama has single handedly made me (a life long democrat) into a independent or republican supporter in the next election.

I certainly don't agree with his policies (especially the one about hating America), but he hasn't done anything that would be a call for impeachment.

He smokes in or on public property, doesn't he? That will probably be an impeachable offense in a year or two.

He also lives in public housing even though his income is well into the six figures. There's got to be some kind of fraud going on there, right?

Charlie Rangel told me that's not a problem.

I'm sure he will be impeached if he actually does something impeachable.

Upsetting butthurt republicans doesn't qualify, I'm afriad.

I for one disagree with a lot of his policies as well, even though i'm from the opposite end of the political spectrum, and I still don't think he should be impeached.

Why do you ask? Have you heard a rumor that Monica is dusting off her kneepads & blue dress?

More like a felony the way things are going.

He's lucky his relection is so far off. If he gets people back to work, and home values to rise again, I wouldn't be surprised if he was.

You wouldn't be surprised? He just won the Presidency 16 months ago by a comfortable margin and is still popular.

Re: Will someone call for Obama's impeachment?

I'm not saying he's done anything deserving of impeachment. I'm saying there are Republicans out there imbalanced enough to call for it. Especially if/when he is re-elected. For now, they will probably focus on defeating Democrats at the polls.

I suspect that's something that is not going to be reserved only to Reps. As soon as a Rep gets back into office I suspect there are going to be Dems calling for impeachment. It's going to become the new "norm" for some people/groups.

Re: Will someone call for Obama's impeachment?

Absolutely. That's the level of a certain wing of politics today, and it's neither right nor left wing. The media eats it up, which is exactly why it is employed.

Re: Will someone call for Obama's impeachment?

I see no impeachable offenses at all. I said the same thing during the Bush administration when there was the silly talk of wanting to impeach him.

I've called Obama a 1-term president since the day he was elected and I still strongly believe that to be true. So.. No impeachment but I think a lot of the members of congress that votes yes on this bill will be drummed out in November and Obama himself in 2012.
