Not to state the obvious or anything, but it ALSO shows Putin and Medvedev taking turns for the last 2 rows. - thus keeping the bald, hairy pattern. - which is kinda funny.

You could certainly do a funny political cartoon about the fact that Putin is an autocrat who is going to hold onto power for the rest of his life. But that was not such a cartoon.
