I'll vote tonight.. when they will already have predicted all the winners and my vote just will not seem to matter anymore.

In my state, only Democrats vote (caucus) today. Republicans vote in May, when it probably won't matter anyway. So, I won't be voting today. And depending on the outcome of todays vote, there may be no point in voting in May. Or November.

I voted. Felt really cool voting for a black man for President. If he goes all the way, I'll feel like I've played a part in history.

Don't get your hopes up. Alan Keyes doesn't stand a chance.

I didn't vote. Apparently living in Ohio means your vote doesn't really decide anything.

I voted in my new precinct - a predominatley black church.

The black minister was admonishing the voters not to be taken in by a certain candidate.

Aren't there laws against campaigning at polling places?

I wish we had a caucus. After watching the coverage in Iowa, it sounds like a really engaging process. More fun than pulling a lever in a darkened booth, any way.

There certainly is supposed to be. However I noticed most poll workers are volunteers and are not comfortable approaching people who are violating the rules. 4 years ago the gal in front of me had a John Kerry 2004 t-shirt on when she went to vote.. nobody said anything. Most people laughed anyhow.. it was like wearing a t-shirt that said "LOSER".

Our process is not so engaging, for the presidential vote anyway. It is a straw poll where we just write down a name on a piece of paper.

I didn't vote. Either dem candidate is fine with me. Plus I have no idea which one is actually more "electable", so I'd rather just abstain from this vote.

Our primary is March 4th, IIRC.

You can't possibly think I wouldn't vote.

You have 27 days to figure it out. Go to Jennifer Brunner's website and it will tell you where you vote.

Also, I bet if you contacted a GOTV volunteer for your chose candidate they'd arrange to have someone drive you to the polls. That is, assuming the race is competitive in a month.

I know you guys don't vote for another month -- I was making fun of your (tongue-in-cheek) statement that Ohio doesn't decide anything.

Which do you'll believe will be the most important (deciding) state this election - Ohio or Florida?
