Going out to breakfast with my wife and kids soon. My daughter (3 years old) gave me a bottle of hand sanitizer for unknown reasons.

Art from my 2-year-old.
Shaving kit bag, filled with candy.
Pass to the local film festival in September.
A card with Big Daddy on it, that says, "My Daddy is Awesome!"

Cute notes from my wife and daughter, homemade chocolate chip cookies, some chocolate for the freezer, and dinner wherever I want when I get home from work.

Cards from my "children" (cats) and another from my GF. No gifts yet... she'll probably buy me a pizza tomorrow. Yeah, we've been together for 14 years... what of it?

I bought myself a new Timex Expedition watch. Yeah, it's cheap ($25), but that way I won't get so attached to it. And I like the design.

a homemade banner, a bunch of homemade cards, some of my favorite candy (swedish fish and charleston chews), a nice bottle of scotch, and a sonicare toothbrush. Oh, and my wife gave me head last night.

Re: What did you get for Father's Day 2015?

Breakfast in Bed from my 9 year old daughter (biscuits and gravy). Yum!

My wife and my 14 year old daughter made a big dinner of steak, potatoes, Cesar salad, bread, green beans, and a banana-apple fruit salad. Double yum!

... and the wife and kids got me a ticket to see Weird Al when he comes to San Antonio this Fall.

No kids so nothing for me.

I got my dad Billy Joel tickets for Father's Day. So him and my mom will enjoy that.

-Halo Master Chief Collection
-New volume of Mickey Mouse Floyd Gottfredson reprints
-Warner musicals BD Collection (Singin' in the Rain, Kiss Me Kate, The Band Wagon, Calamity Jane)
-Tickets to last night's Seattle Storm game. Attendance was relatively light--maybe there aren't a ton of WNBA fans among dads

Re: What did you get for Father's Day 2015?

Weekend was mostly busy with my kid's birthday on Saturday, so Sunday was more lowkey. Ran by the hobby shop for some Magic:The Gathering cards, then Half Price Books for a few books and DVDs.

My wife is trying to push us to use Kindles for all our books but has allowed a concession for my collection of hardcover Dune books. I found both this one and Heretics this weekend.

Re: What did you get for Father's Day 2015?

My wife paid for Indian food delivery. I guess I should be grateful...But I was kinda hoping for a nice get together with a Steak dinner with family since it was my first Father's Day.
