Re: RIP - Robin Williams

Wow, so does that make "Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb" the last movie for both Mickey Rooney and Robin Williams?

Re: Robin Williams RIP

I first saw this posted on some sketchy looking site and wrote it off when a Google search returned nothing. But maybe they were just ahead of the curve.

Sucks.

Re: Robin Williams RIP

“Robin Williams passed away this morning. He has been battling severe depression of late. This is a tragic and sudden loss. The family respectfully asks for their privacy as they grieve during this very difficult time.”

Re: RIP - Robin Williams

Loathed his comedy "shtick", but he was great in more serious roles, ie: Dead Poets Society, Good Will Hunting... RIP.

I don't know about it being hard to believe. He's battled a lot of personal demons through his life and was well-known for his drug use. I just thought he had cleaned up enough, but I guess not.

Re: RIP - Robin Williams

Wow. I really liked him. He had odd rolls, but I do remember him in Mork and Mindy and liked that. Thought he did good stuff in Good Morning Vietnam, and sure I liked watching him in Ms. Doubtfire. Though my favorites might have been Dead Poet Society and Good Will Hunting. But I legally enjoyed his various appearences on late night shows and guest appearences where would just sort of take off.
