Gun ranges in San Francisco

Coming over to San Francisco in October and was wondering if there was firing ranges in the area that I can rent and shoot guns.

I assumed it would not be legal in SF.

I'm going on holiday alone and Jackson doesn't allow groups of less than two, but they recomended Reeds indoor range and they allow single shooters.
Cheers BadlyDrawnBoy for the help.

I've heard that from Spruce St to Larkin St is good.

If you are going to be in the US for a trip and haven't been here before, and looking to do this on a lark, you should try and get out to Vegas and do this. There's some crazy place out there that lets you shoot just about anything.

I ve shot at Jackson arms before, its in south city, just south of the SF county line. Over in the oakland hills there is the Chabot outdoor range. or you could just drive around East Palo Alto shooting at things and no one would probably notice

Looking at the Reeds rental list it looks pretty good with some Glocks and USPs (24 style) but for $1000 you can hire the GE Minigun!
I heard about that driver going mad. I'm not desparate to shoot a gun!
