Usually nothing... I'm not a big snacker. Sometimes I'll buy a pack of M&Ms.

Somebody brought in some homemade oatmeal raisin cookies today.

Otherwise I'll have a granola bar or peanut butter crackers as a snack.

Does that help you to cut down on snacking? i've thought about doing that. since i sit here staring at a screen all day, i've gained a couple of pounds and it's just another reason to hate it.

I bring Balance nutrition bars into work. Generally have 1 for breakfest, and one for a snack around 3pm. Oh, and I've got a big jar of lightly salted dry roasted peanuts I munch on every now and then.

NutriGrain Cereal Bars, one usually in the morning.

I might hit up the vending machine for a candy bar or some chips in the afternoon.

I try not to snack but since I'm home all day sometimes I'll munch on some dry cereal or some crackers, whatever my toddler is having.

I just have to make sure I've got an empty 2ltr bottle handy for the shells.

I am a fatass, so what I'm going to say probably won't carry much credibility, but:

Snacking can be good for you and even help control weight. It's actually better to eat several small meals than 3 large ones.

My problem is that I eat huge meals, snack, and don't exercise.

I try not to munch. I go through gum really quickly though. It loses the taste quickly. I hate gum that has no taste.

Damn, nobody has the ocassional twinkie around here? I have one every few days when we have them (about 3 times a year, but a box lasts too long), raw almonds, dark chocolate Hershey's kisses, bananas, Bartlett pears, fuji apples, sometimes popcorn, dried fruit mix, gum, Starlites. Today the snack of choice are Lifesavers. Keeps me from hacking up a lung.

Not a "munching" snack, but I always have a diet soda in front of me. I go through as many as 7-8 a day.
