Okay, so what are you spending your poker/casino profits on?

Just curious what the regulars here do with their winnings. Buy things for around the house? Vacations? Buy things for the wife/gf to shut her up for a little while longer about your poker/gambling habits?

My winnings this year so far have taken a nice chunk out of the down payment I'm shooting for to buy a condo later in the year. After that happens, I plan on using poker winnings of approx $600-1000 per month to pay most or all of my monthly mortgage payments, while still keeping my full time job.

Don't worry, I can still make those payments easily with my current job. However, if I can continue the 600-1000 per month in poker winnings, that will leave lots of unused cash from my full-time job available for recreation and home improvement projects.

Of course, I sure as hell hope the reload bonuses don't dry up.

Right now, I'm hoping to turn my $1,000 into about $2,000 - $2,500 or so by the end of the year. Just bought a new house, and I need to buy some stuff for it. Mainly a refrigerator and possibly a kegerator.

A lot of my winnings that don't go towards living expenses (I'm not working presently) will have to be saved for the damned property taxes on my house.

It's fun money here. Gets me a lot of nice guilt-free stuff. Bought my 50-inch LCD HDTV, new sound system, leather sofa, trip to Maui, etc.

Money from poker isn't coming in quite as fast as it used to, but still no complaints.

Back when I use to play online, just would waste it, or make extra car payments. Something along those lines..

How long you guys playing a week for what your'e talking about bringing in? I was playing 3-4 hours a day, back when I was making some good coin, but it just was to time consuming, and not much fun after all, although the money was nice. Just curious what you guys are putting into it?

I don't play as much as I used to. About 2 years ago, I was playing 7-8 $33 SnGs a day. Players have gotten a bit better since then - back then, they'd bend over backwards to give you their money. It was so sweet.

They'll still give you their money today ... you just have to work a little harder than you used to.

I typically play 2-4 hours on Monday nights, Saturday mornings, and Sunday mornings/nights. I'd say 15 hrs a week total while watching TV/movies. Including reloads and comps, I'd say I'm pulling $250-300 a week during my "relax" time. $10-20/hr is a helluva lot better than getting a part-time job for play money.

25% .50/1, 75% 1/2 Limit HE

It's so funny how paranoid I was to play .25/.50 and up back in October.

I have got a few comp poker tables, and other supplies. Actual winnings just go back into my checking account and get used for regular stuff. I don't really ahve anything on the radar that I want to save up for. I do have about $350 in comps that I should cash out. Will probably go with Amazon GC, but no idea what I would buy from them.

My winnings from last year paid my deposit and books for grad school. This year I'm starting back at $0 and hoping to work up to paying for another trip to Vegas. Hopefully a trip in Nov.
