The 2006 Honda Civic Si!!! I want one now!

Can't wait to trade my 2001 Cherokee in for a 2006 Honda Civic Si. I'm in love with this car.

wow. That is one ugly ass car.

edit: not trying to threadcrap. Just don't think it's an attractive car. I'd still like to drive one though... I bet they're fun.

That looks too good for them to keep it that way when they hit the market. It is sweet looking.

Adding insurance to the price of this thing, you're better off getting a BMW M3.

Looks weird to me. I'd rather go for the 2005 Mustang, 330 Ci or M3.

Traditionally the SI was a hatchback like the early 90's models and the 2001-2005's. I just might be the only person in the world that likes hatchbacks. Coupes are so impractical but the hatch just wasn't selling so they made a coupe instead.

I wonder if it will be hatchback like when it hits the UK.

Hatchbacks are tremendously popular here and the current Civics have been best sellers.

Umm.. the 330/M3 are not exactly the same price range. the 330 is double, and the M3 is triple. I would rather have the civic than the low end mustang (if they even make those still), but thats just my opinion.

Wabio: Si's are the sport version of the civic.

personally I would consider this if I were looking in that class, but I wiould prefer an LX accord coupe instead.

They aren't even in the same class.

I mean......I'd like a Saleen S7 Twin Turbo but.....

I know, I know, I'm just saying...those are the ones that are more aesthetically pleasing to me, at the current moment. I realize they're much more expensive.

It sorta looks like one too - with thinner headlamps.

Not my cup of tea.

But then again...anything from Japan or Germany isn't my cup of tea.

Gimme a good old American V8 and I'm a happy guy.

450+ rear wheel horsepower and counting!

To each their own though...to each their own.

What is the rumored cost? Not bad, the different colored hood is weird though.

The pics of the car from that link are just a "concept" (as others have similarly noted in this thread) and I assume the hood color and other parts of the car will be far different once it reaches production level.
