I need another choice - I don't work - I'm retired.

The majority of my working career I worked swing shift and hated it. I hate to get up too early so I would never have wanted a job that started before 9 am. My ideal would be about 9 - 5 or 10 - 6. I missed out on a lot of things working nights as most clubs and orginizations meet at night and most things are geared towards day shift employees.

I don't work either, so I took the twikoff option and said I hated it, since I'm getting bored with being unemployed. Not getting called back for interviews is getting discouraging, but I'm not desperate enough to be sending out tons of resumes yet.

mostly 8-6 with some 1-10 in the mix and one weekend every 3 weeks.
Hopefully it'll stay this way, i like having evenings off for a change.

7am-3pm. I usually take off on Tuesday and Wednesday because I seem to get more personal stuff accomplished than I would taking the weekend off.

Days now....doing general investigations.

I get called out on occasion.....1-2x every couple months.

I love my weekends and holidays off....and in my current position I'm making about $2.50/hr more than if I was on patrol.

I'll be doing this for several more years...maybe longer.

12am - 8am Tues-Sat

I'm there 8 hrs a night, but only work about 2 hrs of it. That leaves alot of free time for schoolwork, surfing, TV and Ottering.

Evenings... going on 11 years. I'm very fortunate to have weekends off so I don't really complain much. I've made it known I'd like to work in the morning (after 6am), but it never goes anywhere.

10-10 rotating between days and nights (3-4 day blocks)... if I could have 8 hour day shifts for same money I would probably prefer it, but get shift pay and a week off every month so it's ok.

Doing 9a-5p M-F now, but I'm a floater so I can also work 7a-3p, 3p-11p, or 11p-7a. I like the variety.

I work 24/7/365. Being a stay at home mom is the toughest job you'll ever love.
