New Yorkers, did your favorite eatery pass it's health inspection

http://ibihost1.com/nycdoh/web/html/rii.pl

my wife just found out that her dunkin donuts is closed for renovations and someone said they failed their health inspection.

i found the NYC department of health website where you can find your favorite place to see how many mice live there.

what does it take to fail the inspection? i looked at a bunch of restaurants that "passed" but were cited for evidence of live mice, flies, canned food product observed swollen, leaking, rusted, severely dented, raw food kept too warm, hot food kept too cold, etc.

I remember once a store I worked at failed, because it had a little chair and table in the corner, but didn't have a public restroom. It was a no-no, apparently. So we just got rid of the table and chair. It was only a convience store.

What grade did they pass with? In L.A. I mostly see only As and Bs, which to me says that either a lot of people are paying off health inspectors or they make people who get lower than a B shape up.

Does NY even have grades or is it just pass/fail?
