Just getting caught up here, so apologies if this has already been addressed -- Ohio is at a $3.3 billion deficit on the linked website, and Sen. Brown is a Democrat so I assume he voted for the stimulus.

ETA: Never mind. I was looking at FY 2010. Damn you, Thor, and your tricky trick questions!

Further edit: There is a footnote under Ohio that says they used the low-end estimate for Ohio's shortfall. The high-end estimate places the shortfall at $3.2 billion --- per this PDF -- so I think my answer of Sherrod Brown should count!
