Other than a few articles at the start of the Covid shutdown, I haven't seen much about this little industry.

Are you talking about the Nigerians that fill up the comments underneath Facebook event posts for shows? They use pictures of middle age women (or sometime hot models) with regular names, but their friends list and hobbies are Nigerian along with their Facebook profile URL name. They post "I'm unable to make the show and want to sell my tickets for cheap. Text me at the following number". I've actually successfully resold tickets under a Facebook event, but I'll start my post with "I'm not a fake Nigerian account".

The resellers, scalpers and other folks that made living in this industry that were universally hated.

Did they all shutdown or did they transition into Xbox and PS5 scalpers?

I think back in March/April, they were asking for a bail-out.
