Anyone heard the first full-length album from the British rock band Nothing But Thieves?

I'm digging the album, which just came out in the United States this month. It's amazing how much the lead singer sounds like the late Jeff Buckley, who is one of my all-time favorite singers.

You get a good taste of his Buckley-esqe voice on the album's opening track "Excuse Me." Their main single out right now is called "Trip Switch."

Funny you should mention this, as I was just checking out the album today. I agree on the Jeff Buckley comparison, and really like the record. Favorite track on it so far is "Graveyard Whistling".

Yep, I actually went ahead and bought it. I never would have checked out this band, but just happened to see some Apple Music bio or something mentioned the singer sound like Jeff Buckley.

That sold me, and they were right. Some good tunes on this album.

I really like the album a lot - heard trip switch on the radio back in December and listened to their record on spotify dozens of times since then - have been waiting for the Vinyl to be released over here - should come from amazon in a few days. Solid from start to finish.

This is one of the worst new bands out there. I listen to Sirius XM every day at work and whenever that god awful song Trip Switch comes on I immediately change stations.

Different strokes, man. I like their sound a lot, lead singer is great & they write some pretty good tunes.
