Microsoft is giving away around 100 albums right now. All you have to do is download their music app to your PC. Details at gizmodo
It seems to be mostly trendy stuff (nothing I listen to) but popular enough stuff I'm sure someone here would appreciate for free. This deal may require Win 8, I'm not sure.

It's also available to Windows Phone 8 (8.1?) users via the Music Deals app. I have picked up about 20 albums so far on my Lumia 820.
