Yet another Name That Song thread

A friend of mine who's a DJ in Hawaii posted this on Facebook, and apparently it's driving them nuts trying to remember who this is. He said it's an excerpt from a radio aircheck. He was tossing out names of artists I've never heard of, which leads me to believe that it may be local talent from Hawaii or something like that. I've already tried three different ID apps and Googling lyrics from the clip, but nothing comes up.

Feel free to take a whack at it.

This might be the full-length (?) aircheck he pulled it from, assuming he's not the one who posted this on YouTube:

I don't have anything concrete to add, but to me, it doesn't sound like English is the singer's primary language.

Can't help with the title, but it's a catchy little power pop tune.

You're right. On further listening, it almost sounds Scandanavian or something Nordic like that.

It sounds like the people talking over the song are speaking Spanish. Maybe someone can translate their comments to determine if they mention the name of the song and/or band?

Now this is driving me crazy. I had a coworker try to translate what was going on. Roughly translated the dj says something like why you wanna treat me like that. My coworker also thought the band was called el molita or the motility. However I can't find anything.
