Exactly. Honestly the Internet and YouTube in particular have probably garnered more attention for artists than anything so to bitch about it is kind of silly. Sure not everyone who watches a music video or performance online is going to buy your albums or go to your concerts or whatever but it's old fashioned technology hating artists like Prince who probably do more to damage the industry/their own self image than progress it along.

The Kevin Smith video was fantastic.

Well, this thread just made me a Kevin Smith fan I love his movies but I never knew he was so entertaining to listen to just chatting.

There are a few volumes of the "Evening with Kevin Smith" that are as funny as any movie he's ever made. All are worth checking out.

Yeah I don't always love Kevin Smith but his stories are pretty entertaining. The Prince one posted was pretty great.

As a Prince fan, it's really a bummer that there exists so much concert footage that will probably never see the light of day.
