Re: Lorde -- Discussion Thread
She talked about it before the VMAs even aired that she had the flu and couldn't sing.

Re: Lorde -- Discussion Thread
Sorry she did not lip sync and just danced but that performance might be better than most of the performers on that night.

Re: Lorde -- Discussion Thread
Is she wearing an aluminum dress over sweats? Sheesh.

Re: Lorde -- Discussion Thread

Re: Lorde -- Discussion Thread
I do love Tove -- she's a raunchy broad. Saw her live last year at The Wiltern and she does the last part of her set topless.

Re: Lorde -- Discussion Thread
I've been listening to Melodrama. I think it's a good album, but not the best of the year.
Perfect Places, Green Light, Sober, and Homemade Dynamite are great songs, but the rest is meh. |
Re: Lorde -- Discussion Thread
Israel is pleading with her to reschedule her gig in Tel Aviv.

Re: Lorde -- Discussion Thread
She debuted two new songs and maybe going back to her old electronic sound?

Re: Lorde -- Discussion Thread
Lorde was cool when she first came out then dropped off a bit. She was even one of Taylor Swift's "friends" until she wasn't. She always struck me as moody.

I know I'm in the minority on this opinion, but I consider Melodrama a significantly better album than Pure Heroine, though both are great.
