Re: Taylor Swift -- Discussion Thread
She won’t make it to the actual ceremony because it will kill her music brand. It will give her the ultimate “woe is me” album to write.

But imagine if they get divorced that opens a floodgate of new song ideas and albums and that could help prevent writers block so maybe it is a good business decision to get married? I hope Bad Bunny shows up and puts honey on him and a bear attacks him |

I've enjoyed seeing Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift's relationship as it's been nice to see celebrities as seeming more human as opposed to the God like worship they receive. With that being said everyone on social media and businesses in KC was annoying as hell this afternoon as if they had some kind of investment in their relationship. This is not the next Royal Wedding.

Re: Taylor Swift -- Discussion Thread
Im sure Swift and Kelce will find some way to profit off of their wedding.

Re: Taylor Swift -- Discussion Thread
Geez, people are so cynical. Swift and Kelce could end world hunger by signing over the streaming rights, and people would say they just did it for the clicks.

Based on exactly what, bls? She hasn't done anything remotely exploiting the relationship, besides announcing her new album on his podcast.

Re: Taylor Swift -- Discussion Thread
I heard some interesting speculation on the Every Single Album podcast. They correctly pointed out that in order to be considered for next February's Grammys, Taylor would have to release a lead single by Saturday. She's won a record 4 Album of the Year Grammys, but none in Record of the Year or Song of the Year (songwriting award). By putting out a lead single this Friday, she could spotlight a single song in a way she couldn't the next year. Would she do that? Seems possible...

Probably that she makes billions off of women and girls wanting to follow her every move.
Maybe don't talk about what you don't know. |
Re: Taylor Swift -- Discussion Thread
I know she is not as big as she was in the early to mid 2010's but I feel more comfortable listening to Ellie Goulding and I know she will not marry a Chief.

Re: Taylor Swift -- Discussion Thread
What a coincidence, I feel more comfortable with you posting your monumentally stupid shit in the Ellie Goulding thread that you started and pretty much only you post in rather than thread-crapping here.

Taylor is with Travis at the Cincy Bearcats game (vs Nebraska at Arrowhead) tonight. She looks pretty bored for this one.

No  He is MAGA and she is liberal and how is that going to work out over time? |

One of my teachers married one of his former students the year after she graduated. She was two years ahead of me. It was scandalous!

But he also did that COVID vaccine commercial and took a knee during the national anthem at the height of the Colin Kaepernick shitstorm. So at least he doesn't seem to be going full Harrison Butker or Brittany Mahomes. |

Re: Taylor Swift -- Discussion Thread
Yeah to suggest he's MAGA without any evidence at all, and doubling down, after being shown how he liked a Harris for President tweet, and knowing Trump posted I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT, well that's so stupid that you wouldn't believe it, if anyone else had posted it.

Kelce "liked" an IG post made by ESPN commentator Sage Steele about attending a UFC fight, where Steele had her photo taken with fellow attendee Trump. You really have to get out the red yarn to make the connection that shows Kelce is a Trump supporter. |
