Influenced by what Mann calls the "super pop" of the 70s and 80s, Charmer is Aimee's first album in 5 years. And yet again, Aimee skips Vegas. She played the Paris pool area right after I moved here in 2003, and I got to meet her after the show which was way cool. But she's never come back. Very disappointing.

I just listened to the whole album. I'd give it a solid 7 out of 10 on my first listen.
There are a couple songs I have to get used to - but that's always the case with Aimee's albums, then I wind up loving those songs.

My favourite tracks are Labrador and Slip & Roll.

Took me a few years to even like Bachelor #2...now it's one of my favorites.

I think the only one I really don't care much for is "I'm With Stupid". But everything else has probably gotten the 100+ rotation since I listen to very little in terms of todays music.

Kinda bummed that select retailers get a bonus 2 track CD. I purchased both the LP and CD and didn't get anything

What retailers get the bonus tracks? This is the first I'm hearing of it.

The only bonus tracks I'm aware of is by purchasing the album through iTunes. It includes one bonus track - "Brother's Keeper".
