Heard this at the doctor's office yesterday. Male singer. Mid tempo rock/pop. The lyrics at the beginning of the song went something like:

I lived on the second floor, in an an apartment in Baltimore.

Or something like that. I've Googled it switching and taking words out and came up with nothing.
