So the concert was last night. It was a great show and, despite my prediction, I didn't hear anyone in the audience screaming for them to play any Tool or A Perfect Circle songs. 
As for the VIP package...
Our seats were awesome (second row, just a few seats right of center). Carina Round was really good. We meant to pick up her EP after the show, but the merch table was too crowded, so we decided against it. I'd definitely go see them again, but I doubt I'd do the wine tasting. Once is enough.
Oh, and Jason Priestley was also at the sound check and wine tasting. I'm too lazy to find out why he was there, but yeah.

I wish I could be seeing them this weekend (they're playing in Riverside? weird) but I'll be out of town. This is the only Maynard project I haven't yet seen live. In fact, I only recently got into them. Not sure why it took me so long.

Thanks for bumping this - first album didn't really resonate with me but I love this new song - and that is definitely the winner for album cover of the year

My show was Wednesday night, and it was the best Maynard set I've seen. My favorite part was all the people leaving after Carina's set to get beer - not knowing how much they'd miss onscreen. Good times.
Loved his monolog, and Carina was kick ass.
I did get to hear someone request some other song during the 'encore break' which Maynard basically said Fuck off, played 1 song and then left.

Was definitely surprised that I don't really like this album at all...even after a good bunch of listens. Conditions of my parole and Toma are the only two good songs for me.
I dig the slower stuff...I really do but it didn't resonate with me here....it's like the second half of almost every song is filler and some are just downright terrible (monsoons).
What I found hilarious (IF this is true) is that the "clean" version of this album is available on MP3 but the "dirty" version is only available on CD.....but there is no dirty version there is a beep in Conditions of my Parole (the actual song) on purpose.....again, if this is true I thought it was pretty damn funny.

LOL, seeing this thread i was ready to come in here and scold Maynard for doing every side project imaginable instead of doing the next TOOL album!
I literally said to myself out loud 'WTF, another Puscifer album before a Tool one?!' the thread title only says Oct 18, doesn't say the year lol.
Was happy when i saw that it was an old thread :P

Maynard won't show up until the music is mostly finished. The other guys have been working n some new songs. No word on a release date though.
