Seems odd that all the reviews and hype are going to start fading before this is even available in stores. Not sure about that strategy.

People buy music in stores?
I like the album. Probably Jay-Z's best in a long time. Kanye outdoes him, mostly.

I know brick and mortar sales are still important, but if I was selling music, I would do it this way.

I do. If it's an album I really like I will buy the physical. I like to have the physical copy because of the booklet, designs, etc. It's just something about being able to look at what you are listening to that makes it more enjoyable.

^I saw them a month ago in Toronto and it was incredible. Just curious, how many times did they do Ni**as in Paris? When I saw them, they did it THREE TIMES in a row. It was insane.

Reportedly, they've done the track up to ten times at some shows. Not sure how that worked out.

Rap tours usually are awful or they get cancelled.
The only big time I've seen that was good was the Up In Smoke Tour with Dr. Dre, Snoop, Eminem, Ice Cube, Dogg Pound etc.
That was awesome.
Did Kanye and Jay-Z each do their own songs in this show as well? Or was it just the collabo stuff from Watch the Throne?
Also, about how long did they perform?
Thanks for any help. Would love to see this show at some point before it goes away.

Spoiler:
It makes no sense on paper, why they would do in Paris 3 times in a row - but when you're there, the crowd goes crazy... by the final time, anyone who didn't know the words before hand, could easily sing along. It was weird but awesome, when they dropped the beat to do it a third time, the place was electric.

Hopefully they recorded one of their shows along the way and it will see a Blu Ray release in the near future.

I usually have "Paris" on repeat, so it makes sense to do it in a live show.
When I first saw Badly Drawn Boy live, he did "Fall in a River" three times at the same show, just not in a row. (And each time it was different... acoustic, electric, etc.)
