Looking for song based on a few lyrics
I'm probably paraphrasing this lyric I remember, but I searched for key words and couldn't find anything. I'd know it if I saw it.
I'm sure it's a fairly older song, like maybe 70s or 80s, it's a ballad type of song, and the line I remember is something like, "it's so sad to learn that the one you love is in love with someone else".

Never mind. Finally found it. England Dan & John Ford Coley: "It's so sad to belong to someone else, when the right one comes along."
I had it a little out of context.
