Mainly for the early tunes and the later ones. The last song she ever recorded ends the 3 disc set.

Seahaven: "Ghost"

Easily the best EP I've heard all this year. This debut kills.

Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (Original Motion Picture Score) by Nigel Godrich - streaming free at Spinner. Once I read that the movie was temped with Goblin tracks, I knew I had to at least hear it once.

Re: What are you listening to? [August 2010]

If you are a fan of Mark Lanegan, this is an album to listen to. It is very moody music, fits perfectly with Lanegan's vocal style.

This one is for a number of fans. A guy I champion, from my home state, Southside Johnny. Here he is doing big band covers of Tom Waits songs. Waits appears with Southside on "Walk Away". The disc samples from a lot of Waits' catalog. This is good for fans of big band and Southside.

I seriously can't stop listening to Ozzy Osbourne's first four records, especially Bark at the Moon.
