Here's the link to the original video the kid posted: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bxDlC7YV5is

He has two other songs on his channel as well.

Thank you. This is exactly what I suspected she was capable of. Too bad she'd never be as successful without her horrid Lady GaGa persona. I wish she could drop that like some Chris Gaines nightmare.

Kid's pretty awesome, even those two original songs of his aren't bad. And yeah, he's gonna clean up in high school. Jealous.

there are a few songs on both her albums that are free of the effects and dance beats. Mainly these

I always use those as examples that its not all just dance music.

And thanks to who ever said i was tone deaf I do those for fun (and to piss off metalheads too. Plus if i can get over 10,000 views for a shitty cover and over 160 subscribers, why not keep doin it

I was surprised by that the number of views but the tagging probably helps. 160 subscribers? No answer for that mystery!

I actually don't tag too much (well for some)

It's a good clip, Ellen brings in Lady Gaga via telephone, she tells him that she loved the video and to follow his dreams type of thing.

Unless of course he's gay, but that doesn't mean he'd be seeing any less action, just a different kind.

Summerboy - has a funky sound to it kinda like a Lenny Kravitz guitar riff with a touch of happy 80's lyrics.

Brown Eyes - her ballad, sounds 70's-ish except for the strong drumming. If she threw in some violins in the chorus it would remind me of an Elton John song.

Speechless - the intro has a Beatles influence sound and throughout, it's kinda like a Broadway song or a Billy Joel song if she put a piano through the whole thing.

Thanks, Rypro 525 for pointing these songs out, I been trying to get into Lady Gaga and Poker Face wasn't doing it, though Telephone came close. But these 3 songs tells me that I probably can find more good songs from her than bad songs. I am gonna get her albums!

Gay or not, kid will probably be worth most of us soon enough. Billboard reports that he was signed to Interscope Records.

The kid already has a record deal based on one performance. Hard to fathom the music business these days.

Considering he seems more talented than most American Idol winners, I don't see why that's so surprising. Good for him.

The Map on the background is wrong. Mexico is part of North America.
Just sayin'

It wouldn't bother me to see Justin Bieber have some of his fanbase taken away by someone else.

He does seem to have a better voice then Beiber and he is also making the song a little different as opposed to a straight cover. And it's always a plus to play the piano.
