Why did it go out of print?
You can't find it at Amazon.
Is there a reisssue coming out or did the band decide they were not happy with the record?

It's out of print, but you can get it used dirt-cheap on Amazon (48 cents the current lowest price.) I can't post a link, but search for the full title and you'll find it. That's how I got my copy, in fact, since I was disappointed they didn't include this on the Faith And Devotion deluxe edition. No idea why it's out of print, however, since they seem to love to release live material now.

It was a pointless release. The most horrendous thing is that the SOFD tour was one of their best sounding live shows ever, and yet they did not release a live album of the tour.
If you want my advice, buy the DVD of Devotional, then rip the audio to 2 CDs. That is what DM should have released.
