Cranberries on tour..

I saw them in Boston last night---great show! Dolores' voice sounds fantastic, great energy and stage presence, and a nice medley of hits---also some new stuff, including her new solo single. I think this was just the start of their North American reunion tour.

I'm still deciding whether or not to spring for a ticket to this... $35+ is a lot to pay for nostalgia.

Nostalgia? Man I'm gettin' old---I still think of them as a relatively "new band" compared to most of the stuff I listen to.

I thought they sounded fantastic, and I always respect when older artists are at least writing new stuff and making the effort. I think they played 3 songs off Dolores' new solo album, and they sounded pretty good to me.

Something tells me this person may have a slight bias.

I saw them once with Toad the Wet Sprocket opening. It was a great show.

But I agree it would feel more like a nostalgia show now. Why didn't they do another album before going out on tour? Who knows, they might still have some hits left in them.
