This package is just different versions of the same album, so why are they charging like it's a box set of 3 separate albums? |

Amazon.UK has this going for 12 pounds. With standard shipping, my order came out to $19.72 when the currency was converted. Plus the album comes out a full week before the domestic release, so going through the UK site is the way to go.

will there be a single disc of the remaster just like the other reissues? I don't want to spend $35-40 for a disc of instrumental demos and I'm not a big fan of live cd's either. I just want the meat.

Ordering from Amazon UK right now.
Edit: Are the UK and US versions the same? The US version doesn't have a slipcover and is being released by Rhino, whereas the UK one has a Deluxe Edition slipcover, and I believe those Deluxe Editions are released by Universal. |

The Cure provided Alternate Rarities and Live in Dallas streams on the microsite too. I was at that Dallas show, so it brings back lots of memories for me.

Mine finally arrived and of course, being mailed in soft packaging, the spine is crushed. I've had this problem with Amazon in the past. For the Reckoning Deluxe Edition, they didn't get it right until the third copy, so I still have 2 unopened copies. Dumbasses, you'd think they would learn to ship them in boxes. Oh well, we'll see in what condition the 2nd arrives.

I was about to say: DO NOT BUY THIS RELEASE!!! It is utter shit. They have compressed the hell out of it, and the "demo's" that are included are crappy too. I got stuck with all their other 2 disc remasters, and am VERY disappointed w/how they turned out. The sound quality is garbage throughout. A shame, as it's always been my all time favorite Cure release.
