And as cool as it is to hear this song live, the suit of lights and steering wheel mic will always belong to Ultraviolet.

Nice. I was on the other side, row H. Great show, first real event type of concert I'd been too. I was impressed the sound and lights really filled up the place.

Re: U2 360° North American Tour
I went to the show in Winnipeg last week. Got in the inner circle with no problem even though we arrived about a half hour after the gates opened. I got the feeling a lot of the people there didn't even know about it.
We were in a pretty good spot... we were on the right side of the stage but the rotating walkway on our end stopped on either side of us throughout the show. We missed the impact of a few of the "big picture" spectacles from being on the inside (like the Amnesty lantern bearers around the outer circle) but for the most part being that close to the action was amazing.
Seems a few things had changed since the previous leg reviews I had read and clips I had seen online. The light up suits, lanterns instead of masks during Amnesty International segment, etc.

Transferring all my videos as we speak...I was 3 people away from outer rail, not as good as Seattle, but I didn't wait 14 hours in line either...

Re: U2 360° North American Tour
Saw the show Friday night in Anaheim as well. Great atmosphere. My friend and I showed up at around 3:30 with GA tickets and still made it to the inner circle. The view wasn't the best all the time, but I actually enjoyed the vantage point of seeing the entire stadium during some of the songs. I thought the addition of video footage with NASA Commander Mark Kelly during "Beautiful Day" just took the audience to a whole other level, myself included. Lenny Kravitz was a decent opener. While I wasn't super-excited to see him, I have to say he and the band performed very well. Opening up for someone of U2's calibar has to be a tough position, though, depending on the band. Wish I was going again tonight.
