reviews for American Idiot. Seriously folks? I know music is subjective; nothing's going to appeal to everyone, but if you can't at least recognize some merit in that album, you should probably stop listening to music altogether.

I don't leave negative reviews for things unless I thought I would like something and it turns out I didn't. I have heard PLENTY of music from Green Day on TV and the Radio and I haven't like any of it. I've never left them a negative review, but then, there music simply doesn't appeal to me. I have countless hours of music on my computer, and hundreds of CD's. I think a statement like this is a bit offensive. I'm a huge music fan, and music is subjective. What's wrong with not liking Green Day? I'd rather listen to someone like, say, Interpol. Or The Who. Or put on some classical music or a film score. To each their own, right?
