I am in love with this album. The best part of this band is the great tongue in cheek lyrics and bombastic rhythms. It's like listening to Queens of the Stone age on adrenaline. My favorite I think is "You Need Satan More Than He Needs You". Most of the lyrics are screamed at ya, but it's not overbearing. Check out this album if you want something that rocks hard and doesn't take itself too seriously. You should also check out their previous effort "Curses" and the song "Small Bones Small Bodies"

I think this one is more consistent than Curses, but still lacking a bit from the Mclusky days. It's still damn good, though.
