Stumbled across this and figured I'd share it with my fellow DVDTALKERS. I pretty much agree with the list, I just wish that "Lithium" would have made it on to the list. "Paper Cuts?" I don't think I even remember that song. Sounds creepy though, so I'm going to check it out!

I disagree with some of those choices.....I definitely wouldn't have Paper Cuts, Frances Farmer, or Something In The Way on there, and I'm not really a big fan of All Apologies either....I'd definitely add Drain You, You Know You're Right, Pennyroyal Tea, and then either Been A Son or School* (if you want another Bleach track on there) instead....

*If we included cover songs recorded by them (and not just their own written material), then I'd swap Where Did You Sleep Last Night with Been A Son/School...

Well son, you have a lot of catching up to do!

And I envy you for all the great songs you have yet to hear. Nirvana only has 2 bad songs: "Come As You Are" and "Something In The Way". The rest are gems.

By they way, this list is a total joke. No "Sliver"? When that song came out on the Sub Pop 7", EVERYONE (in the "scene") was talking about it! It was just one of those songs that you could hear 10 times in a row. In fact, I knew of someone who recorded it 23 times on one side of a 90min tape just so she could hear it over and over again without having to wear out the vinyl or move the needle back to the start of the song every 2 minutes. I don't know anyone (personally) who knows anything about music that doesn't claim that song to be their favorite Nirvana song.

Sliver is probably my favorite as well but I think that's a bit of an overstatement.

Come as You Are a bad song? Why is that?

Please tell me you forgot to add Downer to the list. It's their worst song and it was on TWO of their cds.

I'd rather listen to Downer than Beans....you seriously cannot think Beans is a better song, even if Downer isn't one of their best.....

And CAAY and SITW are bad songs??

I love Floyd the Barber. That's just a messed up song right there.

Seriously messed up but completely fitting of the oddball-ness of the band.
