The only one of those three that I really listen to is Cat Stevens. Not a Billy Joel fan and can't stand Sinatra.

As for my favorite Stevens song, I think anything from Tea for the Tillerman but if pressed I would say "Tea for the Tillerman."

For fans of the Tea for the Tillerman album I suggest looking into the deluxe edition. The BBC version of the title track is amazing.
