Gomez: A New Tide

I have yet to give their new album (A New Tide) a listen, but to fans who seek out the Best Buy CD/DVD edition here's what the DVD is:

It is good stuff. I got into Gomez when Zwan came out (yes I know the band Chavez, but a friend told me Gomez...worked out either way.

I've got a $5 reward zone certificate and that dvd sounds really good, so I'll be picking this up.

^ I agree a CD and a 11 song concert DVD for 10 bucks - that aint a bad price IMO.

Don't miss out on this deluxe DVD edition (it's a steal at $9.99). I was very pleasantly surprised by the A/V quality on the DVD - excellent. Also, as How We Operate is my favorite album by the band, I considered this mini set list perfect.

I hope you checked out Chavez as well, as they were quite great as well. I'm lucky I got a chance to see them live a few years ago.

This has possibly become my favorite album of the year, at the least one of my favorites.

Yes, it is by far their most commercial & probably least creative & there are songs that almost feel like they were purposely made to be played on Grey's Anatomy or Gossip Girl or some such show. But, it's damn catchy & absolutely fantastic driving music.
