Limp Bizkit Returns
Well, I didn't see a thread posted on this but it looks like Limp Bizkit is back in its original form. Wes Borland has re-joined (again), and they plan on touring this Spring with a new album following in the Fall.
I know most of the fans from the Nookie/Faith days outgrew their style of music years ago.. everyone else thinks Fred Durst sucks, and there's about a handful of people that still like them.. but I'm one of them. I grew up on all of their albums and I'm one of the only people out there who even liked Results May Vary. I'm really looking forward to a new album. I'm sure everybody else will have different opinions, but eh.

I liked their first few cds. Pretty much everything up to Unquestionable Truth...that was terrible. I'd be open to hearing some new stuff from them.

I don't have much of a problem with them. I don't care for their music any more, but they helped people gravitate towards heavier music.

That what we get for not going to see The Longshots (dir. Durst).
I'm sure they will have evolved some with their new album this fall -- curious to see how it plays out.

Kind of off topic, but this thread reminds me of the bit on The Best Show on WFMU called the music scholar. I'll tell you something, Tom Sharpling is brilliant.

Like a tree falling in the forest with no one around, will anyone even care enough to hear it?
Not I.
Borland no longer has any credibility. Too bad, he's a great player.

Durst is no youngster.
I wonder whatever happened to his movie The Education of Charlie Banks?

And unfortunately, I don't think we'll see Limp like this again (one of my favorite songs):
