TRAVIS U.S. and Canada: Live Dates April 2009

Travis are pleased to announce live dates in the U.S. and Canada this April, supported by The Republic Tigers.

Due to an overwhelming demand for tickets for their recently announced L.A. show (10 April), Travis have also added a second night at the Henry Fonda Theater in Los Angeles (11 April). Tickets for this show are on sale now.

goddamn it, no DC date!

Damn it. I saw your thread and said, "Heck, I'm going to go see a band I like for once!" (I'm not a huge into concerts). And sure enough no DC show!

I'm going to this one, which is a wonderful and small venue. I last saw Travis 7 years ago (God, time flies).

I'm down with the Chicago date.

I dunno, I've seen them a lot, I think I might skip them this time around.

the last time I saw them was in San Francisco and then promptly let the DC show sell out on me.

I must admit I haven't even listened (yet) to the new album 'Ode to J. Smith'

Ode is a lot better than their last couple albums - a bit more rockin' than the typical Travis.

It took me several listens but I do like it no abit, definitley a step above "12 Memories" but not above the good parts of "The Boy With No Name".

Actually, their name is "Roy".

Oh my...I saw them open for Oasis like 9 years ago. Thanks for making me think of that and feel all old.
