I heard that she has a greatest hits album coming out with 2 new songs on it. the reason I'm asking is because I'm wondering if anyone has seen this. I think it's legit but I'm not sure
2007 Chinese exclusive Strictly Limited Edition 10-track CD album including 'Vox [Extended Version]', presented in a deluxe metal stud hinged, linen bound hardback book style package complete with extensive liner notes andphotographs

She's okay. I don't think her music has aged particularly well; it feels very much a relic of the 90's to me. Still she's got a nice voice. And as I've said before, "When She Loved Me" is probably the best song ever in a Disney movie; her vocals are heartbreaking and gorgeous -- how it didn't win the Oscar (for composer Randy Newman) is a crime.

Mighty Big Yes.

Have all her output plus some rarities & boots (before she started issuing official live stuff).

"Fumbling Towards Ecstasy" remains one of my all-time favorite CDs. I can put it on just about anytime & never get tired of it.

Big fan of Solace, Fumbling Towards Ecstasy and The Freedom Sessions EP. I like her other works with varying intensity.

The normal edition of Touch is the same ten tracks including that Vox remix, so I don't know what that Import will get you besides the packaging. Not worth the import price, IMO.

One of my favorite songs is Silence. I remember searching for it years ago by buying all her cd's. Turns out its a song by Delerium in which she does guest vocals. Been a huge fan of Delerium ever since. Still like her stuff, but I kind of wish they sounded more like Silence.

Exactly same for me.Somehow when she got married and had a kid and there was that long break before Surfacing the music seemed to change and for me not in the better.Maybe Sarah's happier now which is good....for her.

I'm a casual fan who picks up all her stuff. Granted I've yet to get the complete Mirrorball album. I also agree with Decker on "When She Loved Me".. what a beautiful song.

I'm a fan! And I agree, her recent material lacks some of the edge of the older albums, but it's still good.
If you haven't heard it, check out the Remixed album. not Bloom, the earlier one that's just titled Remixed is better than Bloom.

Disc 2 has the exact same track list as The Freedom Sessions EP, which was released about the same time as Fumbling.

Touch has had that 10th track since it was re-released a while back. So it's at least a legit track list, no idea if it's a bootleg release. Probably not worth a premium for the "book" packaging, you can get the same tracks normally.

I wish she'd put out another album so that she'd go on tour again, I saw her in 2004 and she sounded great.

She will never top Surfacing for me. Witness is immense, especially the live version on her most recent tour. Her band rocks.

I completely agree. Fumbling Towards Ecstasy is often mentioned as her best work, but it can't touch the consistency of Surfacing IMO.

Her music is ok, but I'd rather have sex with her.

I'm a fan and consider Fumbling Towards Ecstasy her best work. The version I have is a Gold disc with the 2nd disc being Freedom Sessions - which is great as well.

Surfacing is also a great album and has one of my favorite songs from her - Full Of Grace, which is such a beautiful and sad song.

I like her voice but I find her solo albums boring musically.

She did a collaboration with Delerium on the single "Silence" back in '97 that's been remixed and re-released like crazy. I love the original version, as the music is much more interesting.
