Downloading music while drunk

So, after drinking a bit, I downloaded Pink Floyd's Meddle (through legal means), only to find out that I had already downloaded it before. Money well spent....

I've also downloaded plenty of songs I thought sounded good...only to sober up and find out they suck.

However, I downloaded A Tribe Called Quest after drinking...so at least that turned out good.

Anyone else do this?

It's gotten to be a recurring problem...

I have two copies of Rubber Soul on CD. Wasn't drunk when I bought either of them, it just happened.
I'm not sure WHEN it happened either. It must have been years ago ...
I only noticed last week when I was playing a copy downstairs, and found another copy upstairs.

I think you would have to be drunk to download a Pink Floyd album! Though Meddle is their "best" one.

I download drunk all the time too. Never get duplicates though. I'm thinking of buying a new harddrive because I'm running out of room!

Bashing Floyd? That's blasphemy!

No, but I often go to the record store drunk. Then I get kicked out.

Last time I did this I ended up buying this song:

Usually I want to get like a meatball sandwich, not songs off iTunes.

Download drunk, and you'll end up picking up the entire greatest "hits" album "Ratt N' Roll 81-91" when all you were really interested in was "Round and Round". Mark my words. I've been there.

So far, no, but the first thing I thought of when I saw this thread is this classic Onion article: Man With Complete Mama's Family Video Library Never Going On eBay Drunk Again

Well, you just need to stay drunk so you can enjoy them.
