Anthrax's reunion of the classic lineup was good as far as touring and live cd/dvd, but they didn't release any new material (unfortunately).

Their most famous line-ups fell apart, and got back together years later, but the bands continued.
If you wanted to include line-up reunions, though, you'd have to include Black Sabbath for the Heaven and Hell reunion.

I knew someone would get "technical" on me with those bands but that's fine. But I still consider them Reunions....

The Pixies: They were great on their reunion tour, and I even seem to recall them basically saying they haven't been able to record anything new they feel fit enough to put on an album.
Pink Floyd: Even if it was just for Live 8, it was still fucking awesome.
Van Halen: I haven't heard anything negative about the current reunion tour.
The Eagles: I seem to recall they were on a hiatus through the 80s, but got back together in the 90s.
Rage Against the Machine: Probably too early to tell on this one, but its looking like its a similar case to The Pixies; great success from touring, but no plans for an album.
