A friend just told me about this band, Los Campesinos. They're from the UK. Here's a video (provided by the label):



I like them but have only heard the two songs on YouTube. Anyone heard of these guys or picked up their album EP?

I know, that's what I thought too.

I try to follow most of the bands on A&C, but this one slipped under my radar.

I have the EP -- what would you like to know? They're from Cardiff, completely obsessed with Pavement, really fun live, just generally nice guys, and the keyboard player is very pretty.

A friend told me about them the week after she saw them live. I might go up to NYC to see them in November. The show's announced but as of a few days ago I couldn't get tickets.

They're releasing a cover of "C is the Heavenly Option".
