I've been driving by and seeing these posters with album cover for U2's WAR album. Haven't stopped to read or notice anything in small print, but something is clearly going on.

What is this all about? A re-issue perhaps?

Could it be for itunes? I've noticed itunes has been putting up album covers around in various places to advertise that they are for sale on itunes.

wasn't war the album they had to rewrite due to the a suitcase with all the lyrics being stolen?

The suitcase was found and returned to them a few years ago..
