Roy Wood (ex-ELO and the Move) recorded the eccentric pop masterpiece Boulders all by himself (except for harmonium on one track). It's an especially impressive one-man-band job... because Roy not only played the usual guitars, bass, drums, and keyboards, but also banjo, saxophone, cello, recorder, flute, bassoon, and sitar. He even painted the album cover.

Another big name one-man-band: Stevie Wonder. "Higher Ground", "Living For The City", "I Believe (When I Fall In Love It Will Be Forever)", and "Knocks Me Off My Feet" are some of the prime 70's tracks that are all-Stevie.

Actually Dave did record drum tracks for With Teeth, but Trent then decided to go a different way. Little or none of Dave's Drumming is on With Teeth. To my knowledge none of it is.
