Apparently I still need to check out
Demolition - (2002)
Rock N Roll - (2003)
Love Is Hell - (2004)
but I hope this is better than the 2 disc that came out a while back. I have Gold and I find that better than the last release.
Looking forward to it though.

Also, all of Ryan's CDs are quite different. So, if you're looking for something like Gold you're probably going to be disappointed. Demolition is probably the closest thing to Gold. It's actually a complitation of demos from after Gold. Its not meant to be taken as an album. Another good CD for you would be 48 Hrs. It was meant to be the follow up to Gold, but was never released. Several of the songs are on Demolition. You should be able to find links if you search some of the fansites.

from a recent Billboard article:
Casal, Graboff, Feinstein and Pemberton are the current Cardinals members so I guess it's confirmed though I'm not sure why it's not credited as an official "Ryan Adams & The Cardinals" release.
The 13-song set features guest vocals from Sheryl Crow on "Two" and was recorded with guitarist Neal Casal, pedal steel guitarist Jon Graboff, bassist Chris Feinstein and drummer Brad Pemberton.

This leaked over the weekend.
I can't wait to pick up the CD. It's great! It reminds me more of Gold, but it has songs that could have fit on any of his previous albums.
Also, I heard that there will be a CD/DVD release.

Ryan Adams is my Bob Dylan, but with a better voice.
I love most of his stuff, but the polarizing "Love Is Hell" is my favorite.
I'm looking forward to Easy Tiger because 29 didn't do much for me.

I downloaded "Two" from itunes a few weeks ago. Pretty good and must better than 29 and Jacksonville.
I'm looking forward to trying to catch him on tour this fall.
