Sxsw 2007
Anyone else attend this year's SXSW festival?
This was my sixth year (went once in the 90's, plus the past five years). It was a great time as usual - lots of private parties with free beer and BBQ, and some great music.
Highlights included Forro In The Dark (with guest David Byrne), Amy Winehouse, Mika, Razorlight, The Jealous Girlfriends, Sloan, The Pipettes, The Oolahs, Mando Diao, and Polyphonic Spree. Biggest disappointment were the Meat Puppets, who kinda sucked imo.
