I'm listening to Fat Boy Slim's "Santa Cruz" and I can't identify the guitar rif in the song he's using - I know it, but I can't think of the song it's from.

Nope - I've heard that from way back - some surfer band - maybe old school punk or even JFA - although I have all JFA on wax and can't seem to find it.

I just played the sample on iTunes and it sounds pretty generic. Might not be anything.
