Let us know how the show is. I've never seen them live, but I own all their albums.

I've been a Charlatans fan since their first singles such as "Indian Rope" and I LOVE them. That said, I dislike this album.

What a show last night, the fillmore was pretty empty, tickets still on sale outside, but this is the 3rd time I've seen the boys, and it was the best performance.

Opening act were a band called boy kill boy, who I guess are a mix of the killers and the bravery, and they were pretty good, driving hooks, and pretty damned good melodies. I'll have to check their cd out.

Back to the charlies, they played about 22-23 songs, one encore ending with of course Sproston Green.
Of the new tracks, the most popular was clearly Blackened Blue Eyes.
tim seemed to be totally enjoying himself, I guess being on the west coast means he's getting closer to his home in LA, there were family upstairs in the box looking down at the show.

Senses and How High were amazing. It makes a huge difference when a band is enjoying the show, they only have I think 4 dates left on the tour, LA, Anaheim, San Diego and Vegas.
