Idle Sons - Sixteen Seasons 5/2/06
Anyone on here heard of Idle Sons? They're a great canadian rock band whose debut album Sixteen Seasons just came out this past tuesday. They've got a bit of a pop-rock feel, but some of the songs really rock hard. Lots of power riffs and great catchy lyrics. They are an incredible live band and have been around for nearly a decade. It took about 4 years for this album to actually get released, and all the waiting around has really paid off.
Their first single "Tell Me" is getting some decent radio play. They are well worth checking out and have toured with bands like Finger Eleven, The Trews, Simple Plan and are opening a few dates on Seether's Canadian leg that starts up next week. If you're just looking for some very decent, catchy rock songs, give the album a try. A handful of songs on the record were produced by Gggarth.
