Gorillaz 'Demon Days' Live - DVD?
I thought I had read somewhere that the Manchester UK show last year was filmed for eventual release on DVD - is this still happening - any mention when it will get released?

Ok this might sound dumb, but how does a Gorillaz live show work? I mean... they're cartoon characters. I had wanted to see them, but it seemed like it'd be a bit strange.

not for this show, it's all of the band is revealed with all the guest singers from the Demon Days album performing together.

The technique varies, but normally what seems to happen is that animated versions of the band members are projected onto a screen, whilst the "actual" band plays behind the screen, and are backlit so their silhouettes are seen from the audience.
