I have over 12,500 songs on Itunes and usually just start at a certain point and let it run, so I haven't listened to most of them more than a few times at this point, making it impossible to really come up with a most frequently played list. However, my 25 most recently played albums, according to Itunes are:

Drastic Measures - Kansas
Angel Of Retribution - Judas Priest
Frontiers - Journey

This list is about useless to me. Because I'm on a laptop with limited hard drive space, there are very few albums that end up staying on my computer for more than 2 or 3 months at a time. Hence, a few albums that have been on since I first started using iTunes about a year and a half ago take up a disproportionately large amount of my 25 most played. With that disclaimer, here they are:
Pounding - Doves
Words - Doves
There Goes the Fear - Doves
Dry Your Eyes - The Streets
Untitled 1 - Keane
Got Carried Away - Trashcan Sinatras
M62 Song - Doves
She Has No Time - Keane
All These Things That I've Done - The Killers
Last Broadcast - Doves
One More Night - Stars
Where We're Calling From - Doves
N.Y. - Doves
Lover's Spit - Broken Social Scene
Intro - Doves
Satellites - Doves
Gender Bombs - The Stills
The Suggestion Box - Aqueduct
The Sulphur Man - Doves
Friday's Dust - Doves
Caught by the River - Doves
Mr. Brightside - The Killers
Bedshaped - Keane
Somewhere Only We Know - Keane
Smile Like You Mean It - The Killers

And just so it doesn't look like I have too narrow of taste, here are my 25 last listened to:

The Negatives... - Hood
Fix You - Coldplay
Refugees - The Tears
Arc of Time - Bright Eyes
Blinking Lights (for me) - The Eels
major label debut - Broken Social Scene
Romantic Death - The Sun
No Direction Home - I Am Kloot
Sand Dollars - Why?
Someday You Will Be Loved - Death Cab For Cutie
Ain't No Easy Way - Black Rebel Motorcycle Club
Let it Rain - Ok Go
Bullets - Editors
We are Nowhere and it's Now- Bright Eyes
Thrasher - Engineers
California - Low
The Rest Will Follow - Trail of Dead
There's a Fire - Longwave
Grounds for Divorce - Wolf Parade
Forget Myself - Elbow
Club Foot - Kasabian
Spell It Out - Embrace
It Beats 4 U - My Morning Jacket
Finally - The Frames
Your Ex-Lover is Dead - Stars

Hmmm . . . as an intro to my most played, I'll need a slight explanation. My library recently got screwed up, so I lost all playcounts. I've also been playing a lot of Fear Factory and Children of Bodom as I just saw COB last week, and will be seeing FF next week. I wanted to get the girlfriend more familiar with their music before heading out to the shows.
I think the most played only has 6 plays. Out of 13,000 songs, Very few have more than 1 play at this moment.

In Flames - The Quiet Place
Fear Factory - Slave Labor
Fear Factory - Edgecrusher
Fear Factory - Archetype
Fear Factory - Zero Signal
Fear Factory - Linchpin
Fear Factory - Shock
Porcupine Tree - Arriving Somewhere But Not Here
Fear Factory - Demanufacture
Fear Factory - Self Bias Resistor
Children of Bodom - Triple Corpse Hammerblow
Dr. Dre - The Next Episode
Porcupine Tree - Halo

I just want to note that this is taken from my two month old iPod so its going to be a little skewed towards a lot of newer stuff. Its not entirely representative of how diverse my taste in music is as can be noted by the lack of hip hop, classic rock, classical music, and techno, all of which I love. With that said, every single one of these songs I absolutely love and suggest be sought out for those not familiar.

Everything Must Go (Chemical Brothers Remix) - Manic Street Preachers
Roland - Interpol
The New - Interpol
Smile Like You Mean It - The Killers
Politik - Coldplay
The Boxer - The Chemical Brothers
Robot Rock - Daft Punk
How Soon Is Now? - The Smiths
Mad World - Tears for Fears
Don't save us from the flames (Superpitcher Remix) - M83
Obstacle 1 - Interpol
Luno - Bloc Party
Loops of Fury - The Chemical Brothers
Snowden - Doves
Sephiroth Theme (Orchestral) - Final Fantasy VII
In the Garage - Weezer
Dirty Harry - Gorillaz
Head Over Heels/Broken (Live) - Tears for Fears
I Against I (Massive Attack Remix) - Mos Def
Girls - Prodigy
Bohemian Rhapsody - Queen
Starla - Smashing Pumpkins
Banquet (Dance Remix) - Bloc Party
God Only Knows - The Beach Boys
Stella Was a Diver and She Was Always Down - Interpol

Bonus 25 (because I'm bored):

Aerodynamic - Daft Punk
Say Hello to the Angels - Interpol
Ocean Rain - Echo & the Bunnymen
Never Gonna Give You Up - Cake
Kissing the Lipless - The Shins
Everybody Hurts - R.E.M.
DARE - Gorillaz
I Predict a Riot - Kaiser Chiefs
Time is Running Out - Muse
Here is No Why - Smashing Pumpkins
Do the Evolution - Pearl Jam
Black And White Town - Doves
Everyday I Love You Less And Less - Kaiser Chiefs
Jenny Was A Friend Of Mine - The Killers
The Ocean Breathes Salty - Modest Mouse
Never There - Cake
Biterphobia - Eminem
On Top - The Killers
1979 - Smashing Pumpkins
The Killing Moon - Echo & the Bunnymen
Since I've Been Loving You - Led Zeppelin
In a Funny Way - Mercury Rev
Jackie, Dressed In Cobras - New Pornographers
The Man Who Sold The World - Nirvana
Stars And Sons - Broken Social Scene

I don't know if I could rattle of 25, and I don't have any kind of software to tell me what I listen to the most, so from memory:

Don't Tell Me What Love Can Do - Van Halen
It's Late - Queen
The Millionaire Waltz - Queen
Distant Early Warning - Rush
Subdivisions - Rush
Why Can't I - Liz Phair
H.W.C. - Liz Phair
A Lapdance Is So Much Better When The Stripper Is Cryin' - Bloodhound Gang
Counting Blue Cars (live, acoustic) - Dishwalla
Runaway - The Corrs
500 Miles - The Proclaimers
For The Love Of God - Steve Vai
Ball & Chain - Social Distortion
Every Time I Look At You (Unplugged) - Kiss
Bound For The Floor - Local H
Do You Sleep - Lisa Loeb
I Need You - Leann Rimes
Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious - Harry Connick, Jr.
Recipe For Love - Harry Connick, Jr.
Stacey's Mom - Fountains Of Wayne
Play With Me - Extreme
Love Grows Where My Rosemary Goes - Edison Lighthouse
New Age Girl - Deadeye Dick
Short Skirt, Long Jacket - Cake
It's All Been Done - Barenaked Ladies

And, if my counting is correct, I believe I made it to 25.

Probably.

All the CDs I buy, I convert to Mp3s. Then if I want to listen to them in the car, I can usually make a CD with two albums on it (or three, if I cut out the songs I hate).
